As of January 1, 2012, our Centre is now a part of the newly formed Department of Media Studies (IMS), which includes the former Department of Journalism, Media and Communication (JMK) and the Department of Cinema Studies. These have now become the Section of JMK and the Section of Cinema Studies, respectively.
Our history
The Centre for Fashion Studies was established in 2006 through a generous donation from the Erling-Persson Family Foundation.
